License terms and refunds

What you may do

• With your code, use KeyStyle Studio on one PC at a time that you use yourself. To change PCs, use Move to another PC in the app (or the email link if the old PC is gone), up to 3 times a year; write to us if you need more.
• Use it for your own music, at home, on stage and in your work, including sets you sell or give away. What you make with KeyStyle Studio is yours.

What you may not do

• Share, sell or publish your code.
• Sell, rent or give away copies of KeyStyle Studio itself.
• Use KeyStyle Studio to break the protection of locked or encrypted content.

Your sets and other people's content

You are responsible for having the right to use the sets, styles, sounds and samples you open and change. KeyStyle Studio doesn't include any Korg sounds or styles, and it doesn't unlock styles that Korg locked.

Updates

Your code includes the updates of the version you bought (for example all 1.x versions). A later major version may be a paid upgrade.

Refunds

If KeyStyle Studio doesn't work for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of buying and you get all your money back. Write to support@keystyle.studio or reply to your receipt from [reseller name]. After a refund the code stops working.

Buying

The price is €59, one payment. By card (and Apple Pay, Google Pay): [Reseller name] sells KeyStyle Studio for us as the merchant of record; it is the seller on your invoice and its terms of sale apply to the payment. With crypto: you pay us directly through [crypto processor], at the coin amount it shows for €59 when you pay; we send the invoice. A refund for a crypto payment is paid in the same coin, for the euro amount you paid, to an address you give us.

No warranty

We test KeyStyle Studio carefully and every save keeps a backup of your set, but we can't promise it is free of errors or works with every set and every keyboard system version. Keep your own copies of sets that matter to you. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for lost data or other indirect damage, and our liability is limited to the price you paid. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under the law of your country.

Korg and Pa5X are trademarks of KORG Inc. KeyStyle Studio is an independent product and is not made, endorsed or supported by KORG Inc. The names are used only to say which keyboards it works with.

KeyStyle Studio uses the following free software and content. Each is used under its own license, which comes with the app:

• GeneralUser GS by S. Christian Collins plays General MIDI sounds in place of Korg's built-in sounds when you hear a style. Free for use in software projects, private or commercial. schristiancollins.com
• Archivo by Omnibus-Type, the headline font of this website. SIL Open Font License 1.1.
• Figtree by Erik Kennedy, the text font of this website. SIL Open Font License 1.1.
• Outfit by the Outfit Project Authors, the letters of the KeyStyle Studio name. SIL Open Font License 1.1.

Law
